I purchased several skeins of DMC Satin floss for a needlepoint project that required the seven rainbow colors. Since it is a large canvas, it will be several months before it is finished. LoveCrafts had a better overall selection of colors and more inventory on hand than I could get at home. And the prices were actually much better than the local stores.

DMC satin floss stitches up to have a lovely sheen. Really adds a unique shine to an otherwise plain project if you are looking to spice up something. Use a drop of glue or fray check to keep the thread from getting too unruly. Practice patience and this thread will give you pleasing results.

Bought this in hopes of making a bracelet only for it to immediately start unraveling and making horrible knots. The other string I bought worked just fine but this just wouldn't knot right. You'd think for a higher price it would better but no. It's worse. Save your money

This thread is gorgeous. It's almost a perfect match for DMC satin, just with a slightly tighter twist. The color range available is the largest I've seen from any other seller. Shipping was also very fast. Highly recommend.
