Sublime Sleeper· Review provided by

2024. gada 30. janvārisThis is my second time buying this pillow--I first bought it several years ago and it's the best pillow I've ever had!! The only reason I'm buying it now is because the original has gotten a little less supportive in the last few months. I went with the exact same pillow because I love it so much, and trying any other pillow would be a gamble. I even take it with me when I travel, even though it's on the heavy side, because I can't get a good night's sleep in a hotel otherwise!
For years, I struggled to find a comfortable pillow, and I have bought several different types of pillows, including ergonomic ones and adjustable ones. I used to keep a small assortment of them by my bed, in case I couldn't get comfortable using my original choice of pillow. Sometimes I would end up tossing them all aside in favor of no pillow at all. I am both a tummy and side sleeper, and I sometimes sleep on my back. This pillow is supportive and comfortable in all of those positions. I had never considered an expensive pillow, but I decided to try this one out of desperation several years ago. Best $$ I ever spent!! Hopefully Tempur-pedic will continue making this pillow forever, because I don't know what I would do without it! I have NEVER chosen another pillow (or no pillow) over the Tempur-Symphony pillow...it's just that comfortable. I have not one bad thing to say about it. I love this pillow!!

Very disenchanted· Review provided by

2024. gada 1. janvārisMy husband purchased the symphony pillow for me for Christmas based on faulty information provided on the webpage for the Symphony pillow. The site clearly indicates that this pillow is personalized comfort for all sleep positions. However, this is unequivocally false. After 1 use, I had serious neck pain in which I had to lay flat for 4 days to relieve the pain. Once my neck was feeling better I retried the pillow and again, am experiencing profound neck pain. Spoke to Tempurpedic and they will not accept the return as is their policy stated on the bottom of the webpage. The rep also informed me that there is a break in period for the pillow. When asked where to find this information, I was told, you must go to the FAQ page. That is, no where on the page for the Symphony pillow does it state that there is a break in period for the pillow to live up to it's promise. If we had this knowledge upfront, we would not have made this purchase as the amount of pain and recovery makes this pillow untenable for me. This is a disgraceful business practice and I am also filing a Better Business Bureau Complaint.
Good pillow, not the same

Disappointed sleeper· Review provided by

2024. gada 12. februārisI fell in love with Tempur-Pedic pillows 15 years ago. The one I got (can't remember the name) was HEAVY, a true memory foam pillow. When I laid on it, it cradled my head, supported my neck, kept my head, neck, body aligned through the whole night. It was the same material, same firmness, same heaviness they use in their body pillows today. But after 15 years, I needed new pillows. I ordered the Symphony because it looked exactly like what I had before. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They may look the same but they are NOT. These Symphony pillows are so light and fluffy. They don't gently cradle your head, support your neck or keep your body aligned while you sleep. After about 3 min, the pillow is smashed down and deflated. Your head sinks in the pillow because there's ZERO support. The Contour pillows are worse. They are not firm by any means. So I will be buying a body pillow and taking it to a quilting store to have it cut in half to make two normal, just as I remember them, firm Tempur-Pedic pillows. If you like light and fluffy, these are the pillows for you. But if you long for the true, firm memory foam pillows they used to make, those are a thing of the past. I will no longer hold Tempur-Pedic pillows as the gold standard.
Finally found a winner

2024. gada 11. maijsOver the past year + I have struggled with headaches that I associate with pillows. I have tried, and returned, more than a dozen different styles, brands, materials, price points, including one other Tempur Pedic. TP products are great quality, as good as the best of the others, far better than all the rest. But different styles and firmness make a big difference so quality alone does not guarantee success. For me this was trial and error.
My TP Symphony Soft pillow seems to have finally solved my problem. I mostly sleep on my side, and with the flatter side up, there is just a bit of space for my shoulder to tuck in that is very comfortable. Flipping it over works well when I sleep on my back, giving just a bit of comfortable neck support. I cannot comment on stomach sleeping. It is labeled soft and I find this just about right, but it is not squishy, and is supportive.
