Uppskattar Tich Nath Hanh väldigt mycket. Har läst minst 30 böcker av honom. Denna bok lär oss hantera vår ilska. Han skriver lättförståeligt, och här översatt till relativt enkel engelska.

Som introduktion till Tich Nath Hanh rekommenderar jag annars boken ”Art of living”.

This is another source for empathetic listening. Gives great illustrations of why it is necessary for both speaker and the listener. The Buddhist foundation is compelling.

Uses the word "penetration" way to often. It makes me uncomfortable. Also, a lot of repetition with metaphors and other ideas, but I see the principle.
