You will be getting either a Quart bag (6x9) OR a Gallon bag here (9x12) that is filled 1/2  Hypnum sheet Moss & 1/2 Mood moss that will fill the bag side to side and top to bottom and then some!
 
What is a hypnum moss? It is a small to medium-sized moss about 2–10 cm long. It is pleurocarpous, having prostrate, creeping stems which form smooth, dense mats. The stems are branched and covered in overlapping leaves giving the impression of a cypress tree. The stem leaves are long and thin measuring 1.0-2.1 mm by 0.3-0.6 mm.
 
Mood Moss grows more in clumps.
 
This is PRESERVED moss. It is REAL but not alive anymore. I have dyed & preserved with glycerin for softness.
 
DO NOT mix LIVE & Preserved moss varieties together.
