Notes:

Some Empididae, such as the European species Hilara maura, have an elaborate courtship ritual in which the male wraps a prey item in silk and presents it to the female to stimulate copulation.

indeed a wonderful spotting!! and talk about some serious strength! holding on to not only the weight of his mate, but also the weight of the prey species, all with only his for legs!!! wonderful behavioral shot!
