Koeleria glauca, commonly known as blue hair grass, is a grass species of the genus Koeleria. It is a perennial plant that grows to a height of 0.10.5 meters. It has slender, blue-green leaves and produces dense heads of silvery-green flowers in summer. The flowers fade to straw-yellow as they age.

Planting : When planting in the open ground it is best planted with a mixture of your garden soil and a good quality tree and shrub compost.If planting in a container we recommend a good quality multi purpose compost with added John Innesto be used. These plants should be fed in spring and late summerwith a good quality fertiliser.
