Eager Muggles – some of whom had been camped out for days – gathered at Lincoln Center on Monday for the final installment in the “Harry Potter” series.
They crammed into Dante Park across from Lincoln Center to catch a glimpse of stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who walked the red carpet for the U.S. premiere of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.”

“I just started a new job and took today off. There wasn’t a chance I was going to miss this,” said Stephanie Mirto, 23, of Long Island, wearing a T-shirt with the phrase, “It all ends here.”
A beaming Camille Marichal, 18, of Harlem, wore Potter-style glasses in tribute to the boy wizard. “The movies are legendary. I had to be a part of it,” she said of seeing the final film.
“I wanted to see Hermione. I think she’s pretty,” said Anthony Potenti, 9, wearing a black Harry Potter cloak.
