Septoria scabiosicola Desm.**.
.
This is amazingly common in Orkney and I expect elsewhere in the UK. But there are only 40 UK records and only four in iSpot - three are mine.

.
This year seems to be exceptional, it is hard to find any Succisa pratensis without the infection.
10 (can't count) pictures then showing its whole morphology - easy to spot (get it?).
There may be other leaf-spots on Scabious, so make certain there are some areas with the pale centre and look closer for the pin head black spot.
As yet it is not established that the patches on flower stems are the same species.
.
More sightings are needed, so do not pass-by Scabious without looking.
.
EDIT - removed Gall Tag (Mark)
added
** John Baptiste Henri Joseph Desmazières (Desm.)
.
Took me a long time to find him
