Description ²

• Flower: White elongate cluster
• Leaves: 7 inches across, with 5 triangular lobes, tiny widely spaced teeth all around edges
• Fruit/Seed: 2 inch long pod, covered with spines
• Height: 2-10 foot vine
• Flowering: July - September
• Habitat: moist woods, thickets, along streams
