With the release of Modern Warfare 3, all of the weapons from Modern Warfare 2 have been included in the new title. While the 77 weapons from MW2 have the four mastery camos from that title, with the new Zombies mode there are another four mastery camos to unlock.
The Arachnida Camo is one of the Zombies' Mastery Camos for only the Modern Warfare 2 weapons that were carried over to this title. In total, there are 77 weapons but only 51 have to be completed for the next camo so players can be strategic with the weapons they choose to complete the challenges.
To unlock this camo players will first have to unlock the Spinel Husk Camo for 51 of the Modern Warfare 2 weapons that were carried over. There are a total of 77 MW2 carry-over weapons, so players can pick the easier weapons to unlock Spinel Husk while dodging the harder weapon categories such as Launchers and Melee.
After unlocking Spinel Husk for 51 MW2 weapons, there is one final challenge per weapon to complete in order to unlock Arachnida. For each weapon, players will have to get 10 Special or Elite Zombies kills for each weapon. The Special and Elite Zombies can be spawned onto the map by starting 'Eliminate the Bounty' contracts. The special zombies will appear on the map and players will be tasked with eliminating them.
These challenges are hard but must be completed if players are trying to obtain the Bioluminescent camo in the future. Good luck & have fun on the camo grind!
