- A: AnswerChromebooks run the Chrome operating system. The Chromebook devices do have an end of life date, as this applies to all Chromebooks regardless of manufacturer. While they are designed to have automatic updates, as Google explains: "end-to-end updates for all our devices to ensure the highest levels of security requires dependencies on many third-party hardware and software providers so we cannot indefinitely ensure that older Chrome devices will receive updates to enable new OS and browser features." Unfortunately since your Chromebook is an older model that updates that expired in 2022, likely you may need a new Chromebook to continue using with your banking software, etc.

A: AnswerThe included apps can vary depending on the OS version at the time of manufacture. Chrome, Gmail, Play Store, and Camera app are preinstalled on all. However Chrome requires internet to set up and it will download and update apps as needed. High quality laptop for browsing the web.
I need replacement laptop for our old Windows one and this was my first Chromebook. I'm surprised how well it works for our purpose. The price was great and I thought it would feel cheap at that price but it's very high quality and even comes with it's own carry case! Definitely would suggest it for others.

Very nice chromebook with discounted price
no touch screen. much bigger screen than I thought you can use andorid apps (not all) comes with nice notebook bag. very nice notebook and if you use in public such as cafe no one steals it.

Sales person.
Sales person showed us all the options available to us and we got a computer that fit all we needed it to do. Thought we needed a more expensive model but he informed us it was more than what we needed.
