Leaves are opposite, simple, dark green, 5-lobed, 4-8" in length, and 4-7" in width. Small green-yellow flowers bloom in March-April and are inconspicuous. Fall color is a brilliant yellow during fall months.

This cultivar has ascending branches and an oval habit. Best selection of Norway Maples for urban sites. Fast growth rate and shallow root system. Brilliant yellow in the fall.
