His office offered to procure some of each, but also said they could be found at Whole Foods and on Amazon. I sought out the highest dose for each. Over a couple of weeks, the swelling has decreased, but it's hard to know how much to attribute that to this product, the bromelain, or the natural healing process. In any case, the condition is improving, so I'm happy.
