I am a committed user and not so quiet proponent of Arnica Gel to prevent bruising. It works wonders. When I discovered the pellets, I started using them with the gel. I discovered the pellets helped with healing; I’m guessing from the inside. My routine — Arnica Gel, 6 Arnica pellets, and 2-3 Tylenol (or other painkiller). With this routine, I have found the bruising to be minimal and go away faster. The pellets are small and actually taste good. I highly recommend this routine, using all in tandem several times daily.

When my littles were toddlers, we used more topical, but getting bigger means they are less cooperative with goo applied, so we are graduated to pellets- in time for bikes and rollerblades and tree climbing 😁. I also recommend it to friends, so have been known to hand over a container... this was a good price for us and arrived quickly. Also a brand we know, so bonus there!
