I can’t comment on how the carrots grow since I just planted some but I will say that the amount of seeds I received was quite a lot! Instructions on the back explain how to grow them and they are double wrapped in zip bags so they stay nice & dry. I’m hoping these grow as nice as the picture!! I just started growing things again and have never grown carrots or root type veggies before. I here it’s easy, we’ll see! Great product so far & it’s a small family owned business from what I can tell, so it’s nice to support them. Hope we’ll be eating home grown carrots soon!!!
UPDATE: It’s been a little over two and half months since I planted these seeds. Most of the seeds took, I’d say 80% to 90% grew. They are a little over a foot tall, maybe a little shorter. Howe ever, when I dig a little around the plant there’s NO carrot! I do t know if this is normal and the carrot will start to form now that the plant is large, but from what I’ve seen on YouTube there SHOULD be a CARROT there! What is this all about? Does it form later or something? The plants are really full and look great but there’s no carrot under the soil. If anyone knows more about this please let me know because I am completely stumped. If no carrot forms in the next month I’d say these seeds are defective or they are NOT carrots. Thank you.....

Viability?
Hopefully I will be able to get these to get these to sprout with the apparent moisture that was on the seed paper pouch due to some mildew on the seeds and paper packet. Several of the seeds were cracked in half. Maybe they will sprout????

Not 1 seed Germinated. I don't know if I should put them in substrate or just chuck them into the compost bin and just buy a small sprout 🌱.

After receiving my package, which has clearly been in storage to long, I soaked my seed over night and all of them floated. Not a good sign. I gave 2 of them a squeeze and.... Dust! They are currently going through cold strat. for 60 days as per the instructions. Based off of the state I received them in, the soak rest and the dusty sacrifice of 2 of them during the pinch test; I don't have high hopes.
