Fruit a dehiscent capsule, obcordate with deep notch, barely compressed, 3–4.5 mm long x 5–7 mm wide, stalked, covered with minute hairs.

Seed elliptic or oblong to obovate in outline, cup to boat-shaped (dorsal face strongly convex, ventral face strongly concave), barely compressed, 1–2.3 mm long x 0.7–1.6 mm wide x 0.5–1 mm thick. Surface of dorsal face rough (covered with tubercles and high transverse ridges) on top of a punctate base, ventral surface granular with a whitish central knob or ridge (funicular remnant), pale yellow to light brown sometimes with a dark spot at base.

Hilum ± round, darkened, centrally located about 2/3 to 3/4 up the ventral face, typically covered by a funicular remnant that extends down towards the base of the seed.
