Spring In Idaho

Today was a beautiful spring day with a brisk breeze sweeping through the yard. Scattered showers brought beautiful raindrops to the leaves. The on and off cloud coverage made for extravagant lighting and the blooming trees and flowers were vibrant with color.

It was another beautiful spring day here in Idaho. The dandelions are puffing. It’s been cold and raining lately but the flowers are still beginning to bloom. “April showers bring May flowers” as my girlfriend keeps saying. The red tree in the backyard is so beautiful and I can’t wait to see how the flowers and leaves turn out. Plenty more spring photos to come as the season continues!

Here is the biggest photo drop so far for the spring serious. The blooming tree sprouted it’s flowers. The red tree has become even more vibrant. I explored deeper into Idaho and captured some of the vibrant tulips being planted in the rural neighborhoods. I saw beautiful trees and flowers on every corner. And of course, plenty of dandelions. These photos were taken over the span of a couple of days.

Cold and warm fronts have swept through my area of Idaho and influenced the growth of the plants and flowers. The Blooming Tree has lost it’s leaves, the Red Tree has now turned vibrantly pink, like a cherry blossom tree, and it’s leaves have also begun to fall off. As summer emerges the flowers seem to be fading and the colors are changing.
